# Hard reset on laptop.

#### If your laptop is frozen and won't turn off:

1. Unplug laptop for any power source.
2. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. You must hold it down for a minimum of 30 seconds.
3. The computer will turn off. You can turn the computer back on after this.
