Hard reset on laptop.

If your laptop is frozen and won't turn off: 
 
 Unplug laptop for any power source. 
 Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. You must hold it down for a minimum of 30 seconds. 
 The computer will turn off. You can turn the computer back on after this.
