Smartboard Display/Touch issues

You may also notice that when using touch on pens on the smartboard, the horizontal alignment is off. This misalignment gets worse as you get closer to the left or right side of the smartboard. Background

The Dell Pro Plus laptops purchased around 2026 have taller screens than older laptops. This gives the user more vertical screen space when working off of the laptop, but the smartboard does not support this taller resolution.
